In accordance with global and Thailand’s environmental policy, Thailand as a member of United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change: UNFCCC and ratified the Kyoto Protocol, and Paris Agreement and Sustainable Development Goals: SDGs also has protocols to set mechanism and tools for clearly and seriously dealing and solving climate change problem. Machinery and Energy Division has been developing new projects regarding carbon neutral activities and energy solution. Carbon neutrality is a state of net-zero carbon dioxide emissions by balancing the carbon dioxide emission with the carbon offsetting.
