The Administrative Division performs several types of functions to support and facilitate the company’s main operations to improve internal performance.We manage internal work activities by providing support and establishing a monitoring system for each business division, including our group companies. This effort is aimed at controlling and maximizing the efficiency of each business division in performing their function by generating income and profit, facilitating safe and healthy operation environments, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations, optimizing asset management, and preventing potential loss and damage stemming from work operations. In addition, we have also established a system for routing and reporting to the management and shareholders.We prioritize the development of human resources management to foster talent and growth among staff, instill aptitude for handling challenging tasks, and create a happy work place atmosphere, all with the aim of making TTTC an attractive organization to work with, along with boosting collaboration and information sharing among all divisions within the company and among Toyota Tsusho group companies and TTTC, including Thai and Japanese employees, through the promotion and implementation of cross cultural activities.24 TOYOTA TSUSHO (THAILAND) CO., LTD.
