TTTC AuditTTKL New Warehouse Opening Ceremony

On September 4th, 2018, TTK Logistics (Thailand) Co., Ltd. (TTKL) has held a new warehouse opening ceremony at the Bang Pakong Automatic Operation Center (BAC) which located in Amata City Industrial Estate (Chonburi), Baan Kao Sub-district, Phan Thong District, Chonburi Province, Thailand.
The event was honored by top management : Mr. Yuichi Oi, Executive Vice President of Toyota Tsusho Corporation (Japan), Mr. Hiroki Nakayama, Executive Officer of Toyota Tsusho Corporation (Japan), Mr. Masanori Kondo, Executive Officer of Toyota Tsusho Corporation (Japan), Mr. Yojiro Mizuno, Director of Toyota Industries Corporation (Japan), Mr. Shoji Kimura, President of Kimura Unity Co., Ltd. (Japan), Dr. Chet Chaovisidha, Acting Chairman of Toyota Tsusho (Thailand) Co., Ltd., Mr. Kiyoyoshi Oba, President of Toyota Tsusho (Thailand) Co., Ltd. and Mr. Baharu Kodama, Managing Director of Toyota Material Handling (Thailand) Co., Ltd.
BAC is the most technologically advanced warehouse of TTKL. The total area is approximately 9,500 m2. It can accommodate 4,000 pallets and 4 containers at the same time. There are 8 truck loading stations. Especially, BAC has invested in new technologies for storage, such as ASRS technology (Automation Sorting and Racking System) for accurate and reliable inventory storage. Adopting AGV (automated guided vehicle) car for convenience and safety in transport of materials within the warehouse and Carriro car, the automatic trolley for partial picking of goods.
The purpose of establishing this new warehouse is to accommodate the move from BLC as well as new cargos to be added in the future. This will greatly increase the efficiency of storage and warehouse operations.
