Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field.
0-3 years of experience in B2B Sales & Marketing.
Experience in import - export operation is an advantage.

Sales Volume Monitoring: Track and compare sales volume against customer forecasts to ensure targets are met and performance stays on track.
Stock Level Control: Manage inventory to prevent material shortages and reduce the accumulation of long-term stock.
New Customer Acquisition: Identify and pursue opportunities to attract new customers and expand the business.
Problem Solving: Investigate root causes of issues and take immediate corrective actions to resolve them.
Customer–Supplier Coordination: Ensure alignment between customer needs and supplier capabilities for optimal service delivery.
Document Verification: Review and confirm all documents for accuracy before passing them to the relevant departments.
Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or related field.
At least 7 years of experience in Solar PV and BESS engineering design and construction.
Strong technical understanding of solar and energy storage systems.
Good problem-solving and coordination skills.
Willing to take on varied tasks and work across different areas of energy solutions.
Positive attitude with a growth mindset and ability to handle challenges.
Good command of English (TOEIC 730+ is required).
Valid driver’s license and able to travel to project sites.
Main person in charge of managing projects of Energy solutions especially Solar PV and BESS projects as follows:
Gather and analyze customer requirements and translate them into engineering design and technical solutions.
Review and provide comments on conceptual and detailed engineering drawings, specifications, and calculations to ensure compliance, constructability, operability, maintainability, and cost efficiency.
Lead and coordinate with EPC contractors, OEMs, consultants, utilities, and internal teams on technical matters.
Evaluate technical solutions and equipment selection to optimize and negotiate project costs.
Manage engineering schedules, deliverables, risks, and change control throughout the project lifecycle.
Support construction, testing, commissioning, and on-site troubleshooting activities.
Ensure full compliance with relevant codes, standards, safety regulations, and grid interconnection requirements.
Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety, Health and Environment.
10+ years of experience in Safety officer in Professional level.
At least 2 years of experience in leader role.
Experience in ISO45001, ISO14001 implementation.
Excellent in English (require TOEIC 730+).
Strong leadership with logical thinking.
Ability to drive with Driver's License.
Develop and implement the company’s Safety policies, programs, and procedures in alignment with regulatory requirements.
Lead risk assessments, safety audits, and inspections to proactively identify hazards and ensure compliance.
Oversee incident and accident investigations, analyze root causes, and lead corrective action plans.
Act as the primary liaison with regulatory bodies and external auditors during inspections and certification audits (e.g., ISO 45001, ISO 14001).
Oversee training programs and safety awareness campaigns for employee
Maintain relationships with the community, environmental groups, and other stakeholders impacted by the environmental performance of the company.
Mentor and supervise safety team members, and support in daily activities and professional development.
