Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related fields.
7-10 years of experience in corporate accounting.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in credit control or financial task or accounting.
Advanced in Excel, e.g. VBA, macros, Power Query, and complex formulas.
Good knowledge of accounting principles, taxation and DBD regulations.
Well-organized, proactive, and detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
Good command of English (TOEIC score of 730 or above required).
Good communication skills, and a positive attitude.
Able to work and collaboratively as a team leader or team player.
Perform financial analysis to support management decisions.
Review and verify credit application to ensure completeness and accuracy for credit analysis.
Prepare and submit credit monthly reports and risk positions across the company and subsidiaries.
Collaborate with Sales department and subsidiary companies
5–8 years in digital transformation, project management, or change management roles.
Proven experience in GenAI tools, prompt design, and safe AI usage patterns.
Demonstrated success in rolling out governance, training, and adoption program.
Skilled in measuring behavioral change and driving adoption.
Familiarity with Responsible AI principles and risk controls.
Experience with Microsoft Copilot administration, Azure OpenAI evaluation tools, or AI safety assessments is a plus.
Fluent in English with TOEIC score 730+ is required.
1. Governance Operationalized
Publish and embed GenAI usage guidelines into daily operations.
Manage exception and incident handling processes effectively.
2. Adoption at Scale
Lead the AI Champions program across business divisions.
Execute training and communication plans to drive awareness and usage.
Monitor and report on month-over-month growth in compliant AI usage.
3. Use Case Delivery
Build and manage a prioritized pipeline of AI use cases.
Facilitate pilots and scale successful solutions using the DX project lifecycle (initiate → pilot → scale).
4. Value Realization
Track and report benefit such as time savings, quality improvements, and compliance gains.
Collaborate with IT/DX teams to ensure value is captured and reported monthly.
