Administrative Division operates with several types of functions to support and facilitate the company’s main operations to improve internal performance.
We do manage internal work activities by providing support and establish monitoring system for each business division including our group companies. It is aimed to control and maximizing the efficiency of each business division in performing their function through income and profit generating, facilitate the safe and healthy operation environments, fulfill compliance with laws and regulations, optimize assets management and to prevent extraordinary loss streaming operation work. In addition, we also establish the routing and reporting to the management and shareholders.
We focus on development of human resources management to promote talented staff’s growth and handle challenging task, create happy work place atmosphere with the aim that TTTC to be an attractive organization to work with. Also strengthen collaboration and information sharing among all divisions within the company and among Toyota Tsusho group companies and TTTC including Thai and Japanese employees through promoting and implementing cross cultural activities.
Safety activities aiming to add value for business continuity. For the Toyota Tsusho Group, we ensure that safety measures are applied to products handling and services provides to the customers which is the presumption of business continuity. With many business sites creating value-added services such as processing and logistics in wide-ranging business fields, TTTC strives to conduct unified safety management encompassing these affiliates and its suppliers.
Toyota Tsusho (Thailand) group company are participating in safety activity based on the strong leadership under the top management in terms of production process, construction & M/C installation and transportation. Duties are to do fatal accident “ZERO” continuously. Activity based on PDCA “Plan Do Check Action” becomes the basic principle.
