Job Description

  • Coordinate with customers and suppliers for response their daily inquiry.
  • Receive and verify enquiry from customers.
  • Create request for customer from with full information to supplier and follow up.
  • Cooperate with support unit such as W/H, transportation, shipping, accounting, and QC department for routine working.
  • Monthly visiting and meeting with customers.
  • Monitor sales performance and profit that it achieved.

Job Description

  • Manage and control quality issue by following G-rule
  • Analyze quality issue by technical skill to find out root cause
  • Verify and review countermeasure report before submit to customer
  • Co-ordinate with customer / supplier regarding the quality issue for countermeasure the problem
  • Co-ordinate with marketing to settle the claim issue relate with cost and cargoes shipment
  • Close claim issue with great satisfaction and without shortage for customer / supplier
  • Weekly / monthly update SMQR summary report with colleague

  • Confirm the accuracy of information presented in Financial Statement
  • Design assessment flow chart (Igrafx program) following business transaction and identify risk and control method effectiveness
  • Visit, interview and review working process of responsible department 
  • Facilitate the external auditor to clarify questions, documents and audit process
  • Keep track of business operation to ensure that the specified work process and all control measures are correct to prevent error occurred

Job Description

  • Payment Processing: Handle accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR), process domestic and oversea payments via cheque and bank transfer.
  • Bank Liaison: Coordinate with banks to book forward (FWD) contracts and monitor outstanding balances between internal systems (SAP) and bank reports.
  • Coordination & Support: Provide information to external auditors and banks, advise the sales department, and support team members in completing financial operations on time.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Prepare import/export documents and create financial reports as assigned.
