• 10+ years in automotive sales (domestics & overseas), with 2+ years in management.

• Fluent in English (TOEIC 730+).

• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and project management skills.

• Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.

• Aggressive, results-driven mindset.

• Have driver’s license.

• Drive sales growth by targeting new projects and business .

• Manage sales activities to meet budget and targets.

• Lead and motivate the sales team with clear action plans and follow-ups.

• Identify partners and suppliers to reduce costs and maximize results.

• Build strong relationships with partners, suppliers, and customers.

• Coordinate with group companies to expand business locally and internationally.
