Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical or related field).
2–5 years of experience in facility management, building maintenance, or utility systems.
Good knowledge of electrical, mechanical, or building system operations.
Experience working with subcontractors, vendors, and outsourced services.
Ability to read and understand technical documents, maintenance plans, and equipment manuals.
Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
English communication skills with TOEIC score 730 is required.
Ability to drive with license.
Building & Utility
Oversee preventive maintenance (PM) stock and conduct routine inspections of building utility systems.
Track and manage electricity and water consumption to ensure effective cost control.
Prepare proposals, purchase requests, and documents needed for repair and maintenance tasks.
Subcontractor Management
Work closely with outsourced vendors for maintenance and repair work.
Manage subcontractors and ensure preventive maintenance plans are followed.
Collaborate with the Safety Team on ISO 45001 compliance and supplier evaluations.
Branch (Chonburi & Rayong)
Manage lease agreements and service fees for branch locations.
Oversee branch security systems, including CCTV.
Handle land, building tax, and signage tax documentation.
Monitor maintenance of branch equipment and facilities.
Support tenants by coordinating building-related services and resolving issues.
Supervise outsourced services such as housekeeping, security, and gardening staff.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Automotive or related field).
2–5 years experience in sales engineering, production engineering, or quality engineering (automotive preferred).
Basic mechanical & electrical engineering knowledge.
Ability to identify customer needs and present suitable solutions.
Experience with supplier coordination, customer communication, and claim handling.
English proficiency (TOEIC 550+).
Ability to drive with driver license.
Support production readiness from development to mass production, including inspections, testing, and quality documentation.
Maintain QMS documents required by customers (PPAP, drawings, ECI/ECR, process flow, PCR, engineering/safety issues).
Coordinate with suppliers to resolve quality issues and manage customer claims (line, market, warranty).
Use engineering and technical sales expertise to capture customer requirements and support new business opportunities.
Develop business in automotive and non‑automotive assembly sectors.
Manage sales budgeting, forecasting, and resource planning aligned with division goals.
Collaborate with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to define requirements and propose solutions.
Plan and manage projects with clear milestones, timelines, and risk controls.
Bachelor’s degree in related fields.
Experience in overseeing internal administrative processes, meeting management, and sensitive information
Strategic support: Able to support executive needs with discretion and strategic awareness
Time management: Capable of prioritizing and overseeing multiple moving tasks simultaneously
Fluent both in Japanese & English ( JLPT N1 & TOEIC 730+)
Job Responsibility
Provide administrative support to executives (scheduling, document prep, travel arrangements).
Assist in organizing company events and management-level meetings.
Manage company official documents, including issuing certified copies and requesting updated documents from the Department of Business Development (DBD) when needed.
Lead special assignments or cross-functional projects on behalf of management.
Act as a communication bridge between executives and internal departments.
Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisors
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics
3+ years of experience in Finance / Treasury's role
Well-organized, Can-do & will-do attitude, detail-oriented, problem solving and work well under pressure
Good team player, good attitude and communicate well with people
Good command of English (TOEIC score 550+ is a must)
Proficient in MS Office
Experienced in SAP will be advantage
Payment Processing: Handle accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR), process domestic and oversea payments via cheque and bank transfer.
Bank Liaison: Coordinate with banks to book forward (FWD) contracts and monitor outstanding balances between internal systems (SAP) and bank reports.
Coordination & Support: Provide information to external auditors and banks, advise the sales department, and support team members in completing financial operations on time.
Documentation & Reporting: Prepare import/export documents and create financial reports as assigned.
