Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
3-5 years of experience in corporate accounting.
Experience with SAP
Proficiency in advanced Excel (e.g. VBA, macros, Power Query) and RPA tools (e.g., UiPath, Power Automate).

Knowledge of accounting principles and taxation (VAT, WHT).

Experience as a Business Analyst or Project Management for Digital Transformation projects.

Design digital transformation (DX) strategy to support business goals and delivery of efficiency gains to reduce costs to operational areas.

Plan and organize digital transformation workshops.
Handover to business functions at every milestone.

10+ years of experience in Safety officer in Professional level.
At least 2 years of experience in leader role.
Experience in ISO45001, ISO14001 implementation.

To lead the development of new business opportunities in the BEV commercial vehicle, battery sector, with a strong focus on second-life battery applications.
Market Research & Opportunity Identification: Conduct in-depth market analysis of the battery industry & commercial vehicle sales.
Customer Insight & Pain Point Clarification: Engage customers to uncover latent needs and challenges in BEV lifecycle mgt. and Analyze customer feedback to identify gaps.
Business Model Development: Design biz. Model and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to validate feasibility and scalability.
Feasibility Study Execution: Lead feasibility studies covering technical, financial, and operational aspects of proposed battery solutions.
